VIP and Premium Shop

Vaelenor is free to play. What real money buys is time and looks — never combat strength.

The rule

  • No item, attribute, refine or battle potion is sold for money.
  • Cosmetics (skins, frames, icons, spirit appearances, decorations) change only the look.
  • VIP speeds up PvE progress, but does not apply in the Arena, guild war or against bosses — wherever you face other players, everyone plays by the same rules.

VIP

A time-based membership (30, 90 or 365 days) that grants:

  • +25% XP and gold on PvE battle victories (exploration and towers);
  • a 2.5% auction fee instead of 5% on your sales;
  • +20 backpack slots (80 instead of 60) and +30 account chest slots (60 instead of 30). If VIP expires nothing is lost: anything over the limit stays stored, you just cannot add new items until you free up space.

Buying VIP while VIP is active adds the days to your current term.

Premium Shop

Under the Shop menu's VIP button (the gold one with a crown; the VIP card at the top of the Shop also leads there) you will find:

  • Starter pack — 100 diamonds for a token price, once per account;
  • Diamond packs — the bigger the pack, the bigger the bonus (up to +25%);
  • VIP for 30, 90 and 365 days;
  • Collection bundles — sets of cosmetics (skin, frame, icon) at a discount; if you already own part of the collection, the price deducts what is already yours.

Payment goes through Mercado Pago. Diamonds are credited to the active character and VIP applies to the whole account. Credit happens when the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds; if it is delayed, the game checks pending orders on its own every 10 minutes.

Refunds and support

Diamonds and VIP already credited are non-refundable, except for our error or where the law requires it. Trouble with a purchase? Contact support with the date and amount — the order is recorded on your account.
